Upgrade Matomo from 3.11.0 to 4.2.1 (#408)

* upgrade mariaDB of matomo from 10.4 to 10.5.9

* add default password of mariadb for matomo

* upgrade matomo from 3.11.0 to 4.2.1 and change database configuration
