Add Moodle LMS. (Taken from bitnami/moodle) (#450)

* Moodle LMS Caprover yaml file.

* Moodle Logo as png file.

* Removed option to set username and password.

To keep things simple, Admin username and password set to default. After installation user can always change the password.

* Updated Description

* Formated document using prettier.

* Reformatted Using prettier with caprover's config

* Executed npm run formatter-write

* Update moodle.yml
